What drives your guest list? In Luke 14, Jesus tells a shocking story about a banquet where the expected guests stay away, and the invitation is extended to those who never imagined they belonged. We'll explore the remarkable story of Olympic runner and WWII survivor Louis Zamperini and discover how God's grace transformed a bitter, broken man into someone who could extend forgiveness and welcome to others. More importantly, we'll wrestle with what it means to move from the table of status to the table of grace, and how our church's 5-3-1 discipleship vision helps us make room for others to encounter God, find belonging, and experience transformation.
