What to Expect
Thinking about coming to a Sunday service? Here's some information that will help you to feel at home when you get here.
What should I wear?
Come dressed however you are comfortable (as long as you're dressed). You'll see more jeans and T-shirts here on a Sunday than suits and ties.
Where do I Park?
There is on-street parking in front of the church building as well as a parking lot at the back. Come in to the building through the double doors either from the parking lot or from the street side of the building.
What about kids?
If you have kids they are welcome to join you in the service, but they'll have a lot more fun at Kids Church! The area for kids ages 0 to 3 years old is open from the start of the service on. Kids Church for ages 4 to grade 6 opens after the music in the main service.
For some of our kids, church is their favorite part of the week! It could be for yours too!
Sunday service starts with music at 10:30am. There's always a pot of coffee on and you're welcome to join us for a cup if you come a bit earlier.
How long will it be?
Our services are usually just over an hour long.
What is the music like?
We have a lot of fun with music at the Ap! Some weeks it's electric guitars, some weeks it's acoustic. Sometimes we get a little louder than others. It's common to see people with their hands in the air, sometimes celebrating (as if they were watching the Riders win the cup), and sometimes surrendering themselves to Jesus.
We would love to meet you in person anytime! If you have any questions, just drop us a note here and we'll do our best to answer them.
