Scripture. Observation. Application. Prayer:
Regardless of how much of the Bible you read each day, the goal is to find one verse each day you feel is speaking to you and write it down. (Scripture)
Then, write down what you see in the verse. (Observation)
Next, write down how you feel this applies to your life. (Application)
And finally, turn your observation and application into a dedication. In other words, write out a prayer to God of how you’re going to live your life differently because of this verse today. (Prayer) Let’s expect to grow together as we SOAP!

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.”

In this series we will be able to hear stories of how God transforms lives and uses individual experiences to connect us with one another and to continue His work through His Church.
